COMMITMENT SET FORTH ABOVE, ARE DISCLAIMED.
This warranty gives specic legal rights, and may have other rights that vary from state to
state. Some states do not allow limitaons on how long an implied warranty lasts, and
some states do not allow the exclusion or limitaon of liability for incidental or conse-
quenal damages, so the above limitaons or exclusions may not apply.
Warranty and other informaon are available toll-free from Powertrax. If you should have
a claim for repair or replacement of parts, due to defects in material or workmanship, call
Powertrax at 1-(864)-843-9275 (8am-6pm ET). Returns must be made pursuant to receiv-
ing a Return Goods Authorizaon (RGA) number. Powertrax will issue the RGA number
perming shipment of the Powertrax No-Slip Tracon System parts to Powertrax for pro-
cessing your claim. The RGA number must be clearly marked on the shipping package for
it to be received by Powertrax.
Warranty Claims
In the unlikely event that you may have a claim for repair or replacement of parts due
to defects in material or workmanship, follow the procedure described above by calling
Powertrax Customer Service at 1-(864)-843-9275 (8am-6pm ET). Aer receiving a Return
Goods Authorizaon (RGA) number, you must ship the defecve product to Powertrax
Customer Service at the address set forth above, freight prepaid. Powertrax will normally
process the defecve product within four days of arrival at its facility.
